Abstract

The article deals with the fractal-based approach to the study of entrepreneurial culture of organization. Given the fact that fractal units development within an organization is driven by its social values and networks, the authors consider basic characteristics of social capital – reciprocity and trust – as indicators of the organization’s entrepreneurial culture development.
